AASN Coordinator - Darwin

GTNT Group is looking for an Australian Apprenticeship Support Network Operations Coordinator to join our Australian Apprenticeship Support Network (AASN) team in Darwin. The AASN Operations Coordinator will work closely alongside the AASN Manager by providing overall operational support and report analysis. The position will be responsible for the supervision of all AASN staff to ensure that all contract obligations and service requirements of the AASN Contract are met.

To be successful the applicant will need to be a highly organised individual that has a comprehensive knowledge of the Australian Apprenticeship and VET systems. The applicant will also have a keen eye for detail and have the ability to analyse data and previous experience with managing individuals. 

Position Selection Criteria Requirements

  • Completion of or progress towards the Cert IV Business or Leadership and Management and/or subsequent relevant experience in related field.
  • Demonstrated relevant industry experience in the Australian Apprenticeships/VET industry.
  • Demonstrated experience to effectively manage staff to ensure company compliance and team performance
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and achieve established targets/objectives in accordance with contractual obligations.
  • Demonstrated high level of communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to be systematic in approach to work, comply with relevant guidelines, procedures, deadlines and demonstrate initiative.
  • Ability to travel throughout the Northern Territory where required
