GTNT Group is looking for a Finance Coordinator based in our Darwin Office.

The Finance Coordinator is responsible for supervising and processing staff and apprentice payroll, invoicing, reconciliations and daily coordination within the finance team. The role will also provide support to the  assist the CFO with end of month processes and support.

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience Job history in a similar role for a minimum of 2 years
  • Experience with managing supervising a  team
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (desirable but not essential) 
  • High-level verbal and written communication skills
  • A sense of urgency and the ability to work towards deadlines and ability to multitask
  • Maintain emotional intelligence Diplomatic and remain objective with regards to managing difficult decisions and discussions  
  • Commerce/Accounting Degree, or must be willing to undertake further studies if required
  • Solution driven to lead team to meet department goals and objectives

Administration Officer - Alice Springs

GTNT Group is looking for an Administration Officer to join our Australian Apprenticeship Support Network team in Alice Springs. This position will be required to work independently whilst providing administration services to Apprentices, their Employers and other stakeholders.

This position will also be responsible for the monitoring of shared mailboxes and filtering incoming calls for field related services, along with a variety of general administration tasks. You may also be required to assist with progress visits, remote sign ups and recruitment services.
