Welcome to GTNT Group
GTNT Group (Top End Group Training Pty Ltd) is an Australian owned and operated, not-for-profit organisation based in the Northern Territory. Established in 1989, GTNT Group delivers employment and training solutions to employers and the community and is the Northern Territory’s largest employer of apprentices and trainees.
We work closely with communities across regional and remote areas to design programs that create meaningful pathways into apprenticeships, traineeships and employment. Through mentoring, guidance and practical support, we help people build confidence, develop skills and achieve long-term independence.
GTNT Group has supported more than 6,500 apprentices and trainees in partnership with over 1,500 Host Businesses across the Territory. By partnering with local organisations, employers and community groups, we prioritise supporting disadvantaged cohorts and connecting key client groups with employment through Vocational Education and Training (VET) pathways. This includes First Nations Apprentices, Women in Male-dominated Trades, People with Disability, and Individuals Living in Remote Communities.
Our services span employment, training, recruitment, community and corporate workforce solutions across a diverse range of industries. GTNT Group operates several business units including Employment Services (Group Training Organisation), Apprenticeships Northern Territory (Apprenticeship Connect Provider), and the Institute of Skills and Training Australia (Registered Training Organisation). We also partner with Pearson Australia to operate Pearson VUE Test Centres across the Northern Territory.
Working in collaboration with government, business and the wider community, GTNT Group develops innovative workforce solutions to skill Territorians for the challenges of the future. Our purpose is simple: to Create Territory Futures through Vocational Education and Training opportunities for all communities across the Northern Territory.
