NT Future Workforce Pilot Program
The NT Future Workforce Pilot Program aims to help local businesses grow their workforce while creating employment pathways for young Territorians. The pilot will support 20 young people aged 15–18 in the Darwin, Palmerston and rural region who are disengaged from school to transition into structured employment leading to apprenticeships, traineeships or ongoing jobs.

Santos Foundation Program
GTNT Group, in partnership with Santos Foundation, is offering 25 apprenticeships/traineeships.
This includes: school-based, full-time and part-time options.
This program is designed to provide hands-on experience and real-world skills to help you succeed beyond the classroom. You will receive all the benefits of our Employment Services.

Local Government Traineeship Pilot Program
The purpose is to place local people into the local government councils to complete a variety of qualifications through traineeships and apprenticeships. The pilot program will take the form of mentoring up to 25 Trainees and/or Apprentices who will undertake training in a supportive environment that will include well-rounded exposure to the processes required to run local government councils.
The Local Government Traineeship Pilot Program is a collaboration between GTNT Group, Local Government Association of the NT - LGANT, Industry Skills Advisory Council NT and the Northern Territory Government - Education and Training NT.
