Host Businesses of the Month - Australian Rural and Remote Community Services

GTNT are very proud to be partnered with Australian Regional and Remote Community Services.

Australian Regional and Remote Community Services are committed to the facilitation of traineeships and apprenticeships across the Darwin region. Also known as ARRCS, this host business provides residential care right across the northern territory working from ten facilities across Darwin, Alice Springs, Tennant Creek, and Katherine, Including the operation of 11 community care programs. 

ARRCS and GTNT have been in collaboration since 2015, employing trainees and apprentices and working to develop a retainable, educated cohort within the industry. ARRCS has shown great commitment to the training and development of trainees and apprentices across the Northern Territory and continue to show this by going above and beyond to ensure the successful placements of  trainees and apprentices. 

Raul is as a school based trainee who is employed by AARCS, studying a HLT33015 Certificate III Allied Health Assistance. Raul attends school three days per week, attends the Health Academy one day a week, based at Charles Darwin University and on Mondays works with Australian Regional and Remote Community Services at the Janinga Centre.

He is doing well and loves working with the company.
